MAIN DISHES

The classics

Fish fillet of the day or shrimp with head, with garlic or garlic mojo accompanied by mashed potatoes and arugula salad with citrus vinaigrette.

Grilled octopus

Accompanied by roasted potatoes, chambray onion, jocoque, fermented chili mayonnaise and cherry tomato compote with lemon.

Isabel's pasta

Homemade fettuccine served with a variety of seasonal fish and seafood, light cherry tomato sauce and aged cheese.

Zarandeados Shrimps

Roasted and topped with pasilla chile chimichurri, served with mashed potatoes and cherry tomato and anchovy compote.

Aguamala Meat

New York roasted over embers seasoned only with salt and pepper, accompanied by Caesar salad of romaine lettuce, Aguamala’s favorite, and bullfighting chiles (440 gr).

Whole Fish

Shaken or fried, served with cucumber salad, rice of the day, beans and flag sauce. *Price according to weight and type of fish.
